  They routinely have employees from corporate do 5 star reviews on here to keep their ratings up when it dips below about 4.5, so I don't think I'd trust the glowing reviews very much. They also have a problem with selling you everything, not what you need. The DM likes to run people off who don't buy something. If you want to pay your bill he treats you like an idiot with a smile on his face. Also hates people who ask questions because he keeps asking people to buy the $35 a month package so you can call someone in India and have them answer the question. Old staff was run off during a buyout, so the loyal staff are long gone. Probably best to make that extra couple minute drive to Valley View, sadly.
